Web Designer/Technical Support Desk
Location: M5 Somerset, UK Department: Account Management
A fast growing International company with operational offices in South West England is looking for a highly proficient Web Designer/Technical Support Desk Advisor with excellent communication and people skills.
Our company provides financial/technical services to a variety of online businesses worldwide, and we’re looking for a Web Designer to provide friendly, professional technical services for our customers.

You must have excellent listening and communication skills, and be fluent in English.
You must be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of HTML; CSS; Photoshop and Microsoft applications.
A second language is desirable – especially German, Italian, French or Spanish, but this is not essential.
You must have a passion for customer care, being able to provide clear, concise guidance to both technical and non-technically minded customers, calm under pressure, and happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Competitive wage.
